Overview | Traffic Misdemeanors | Traffic Violations

Examples of traffic violations are:

  • Speeding
  • Tailgating
  • Passing a red traffic light
  • Passing a stop sign
  • Failing to yield

Beating traffic infractions in court requires a certain expertise and Mr. Nadel has gotten a majority of his clients’ traffic violations dismissed on legal loopholes and technicalities. For example, if a police officer does not serve a legally sufficient supporting deposition within 30 days of demand, the ticket can be dismissed upon written motion. Mr. Nadel has been getting tickets dismissed in this manner for more than 30 years.

In most cases, the client never has to appear in court. When you come to Mr. Nadel's office, you sign an authorization to allow him to appear in court without you. Lloyd makes all appearances before the judge. If the case is dismissed on a legal technicality, which many are, the case ends and it is as if you never received the ticket(s). If the case is not dismissed, you give the potential fine money to Mr. Nadel, he works out a reduced-point or no-point violation, pays the fine and sends you a receipt and any left over money. Again, you never see the judge or the police officer. Many traffic violations conclude with the client pleading guilty to a parking ticket.
